"We stayed for three nights at the tail end of a trip around the Pelopennese. Everything was great. The bay it overlooks is beautiful. The room was clean and well put together. And the pool/bar/food scenes are all very good and no problems at all (not spectacular, but all well done). Finally, the staff were really approachable and had some excellent ideas on places to go in Mani that weren't showing up in my guide book and google searches. I have no hesitation recommending people go here. "

"If you're under the age of 40 stay somewhere down the road in the main town of Gytheio!! My boyfriend and I (age 30 and 29) felt way too young and energetic for this sleepy hotel. Upon arrival, there were two stains on the outdated, cheap hotel which is not up to standard for a hotel listed as 4 stars. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. "Definitely not a four star hotel. The rooms were big and the ones with the sea view bad an amazing view. But the rooms had issues as it they needed maintenance. The main door lock was broken and one day we found the room open. It was not closing properly and even the new room we were moved to had issues with lock.
