"Well trained staff made check in and out seamless and hotel was conveniently located by Kokusaidori and Heiwa Dori. The only observation I have is that the carpet was a bit worn in my room and the ice machine was six floors up. Well decorated lobby. "

"I thought the hotel is very nice. It has a nice size clean beach, but not one was swimming in it. I also didn’t get to swim myself. People did use the beach for pictures and walking around. It’s long enough for the property, but does not extend beyond that. The hotel does not have a fitness room. The indoor pool requires extra fee. The street has no sidewalk to walk around. There is no bus. Going places requires Taxi rides. My booking includes free taxi transportation from and to the airport...

Not only was the hotel super easy to get to by monorail, the hotel itself is also a little zen oasis. Our room was super comfortable with great amenities for a Japanese hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and next time we return to Naha/Okinawa, we will be staying here again! "

"Loved our short stay in this hotel. It was very luxurious for the price and clean. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room and it felt very spacious despite being in such a central part of the city where hotels are usually smaller in size. I loved that the bathroom, shower, and sink area are all separated. The minibar is complimentary with free refills everyday which is such a plus! I would come back again."
