"Jen is under Shangrila group and all things are up to standard. Yet, cleanliness / housekeeping will need to be improved as some tiny hairs can be found in the bath tub. Staff are ok polite but not too welcoming to guests. There is a tricky thing to use the TV remote control, and we have waited for a long time at first for someone to clarify the use. We suggest the management to put a note inside the room for guest easy reference. In fact, we enjoyed staying in Shangrila hotels in the past, but...

"Very nice hotel with very helpfull staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quite. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. Easy walking distance to many places of interest. Good price if booked on line. Would recommend."
