"3 days in the Executive Suite on the top floor ! Happy with the spacious room and bathrooms… All fine ! Staff were very polite and helpful… Excellent team ! "Not a very good experience. Front desk staff were not at the desk. Must ring a bell to call them. No bell boys to help with luggage, no water in room, very empty hotel lobby etc. Won't be going there again till another international hotel chain or a reputable management takes over."
