Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. "The hotel is a true 5-star property with outstanding rooms and service. The restaurant is excellent though an expensive option if staying more than 1 night. "This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...
