"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. "This was a great place for our family to stay in Steiermark. The staff/owners were extremely polite and friendly. The room, restaurant, and bathrooms were spotless. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations.
