"Das über Hotels.com gebuchte Zimmer war überhaupt nicht frei Laut Aussage des Hotelbesitzers war das Zimmer nicht bei hotel.com eingegeben, es gab keine Reservierungs-Abfrage von Hotels.com, und entsprechend auch keine Bestätigung für unsere Buchung, das Hotel hatte überhaupt keine Geschäftsbeziehung zu hotel.com mehr.
