"I was very disappointed with the fact that I had to ask for so many things that should have been there In the kitchen area the oven had no instructions how to use it also their oven tins for cooking with, on the hob their were no saucepans or frying pan. Their were no oven gloves to lift things out of the oven. When it came to a few bits of washing up their was no liquid or mops or drying up cloths. I also had to ask for a tin opener.
