Went back to the desk and was told they forgot that person requested late check out.instead of waiting for the person to leave and clean the room for us to then use they Said they were at 100% capacity so all they could do was put us on the 32nd floor and give us a double bed instead of the king size bed we reserved months in advance. "Overall good other than expensive parking at $50 per night. Street parking very limited and lower floors on the "city view" side are a bit expesive due to being right above the entry. Older but well maintained propoerty. Shared microwave on 2nd floor. "
