"Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow."

We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. Arrived at reception and tried to explain why we didn’t vacate before 11:00 to be told that I was wrong and that check out was 11:00 See attached photo as proof.
