"First the positives: the garden and the view of the river were lovely. Also the communal areas were large with lots of amenities (even a pool table). The bedroom and bathroom were compact but perfectly adequate and the shower was good. Slightly negative aspects: the bedding / mattress were past their best and the pillows were uncomfortable lumps of foam. The property is advertised as a B&B but it is a contactless property and the provisions left for breakfast were meagre. There were 3 rooms...

"I was visiting Calgary for a work conference and needed an affordable place to stay within short driving distance to the BMO Centre and this place was perfect! The host family was really nice and attentive and my room was extremely comfortable. It was slightly warm in the room but after mentioning it to Kim she brought me a fan! I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Calgary and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that’s close to downtown. "
