"The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. If I get a chance to come back to visit my family again, this will be the hotel I will choose. The mall, restaurants, and grocery stores are within 3 minutes of walking. The only thing I wish they had is a refrigerator, other then that I have no complaints."

"A very nice hotel, stunning unspoilt views of the lake. Quick check in and check out with a personable service. My only negative was that for such a luxurious hotel, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, this is such an out dated practice and definitely dampens the experience when you can’t make a drink to enjoy on your balcony. I arrived at the hotel prior to the stated check-in time, however was surprised to find that there was no receptionist and the hotel was completely closed.
