Staff especially Tien could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room could use a mini-fridge ( they gave us a filled ice bucket and offered use of hotel fridge) but otherwise totally recommend! "I cannot say enough about the fabulous staff at this hotel. The front desk people were so kind and helpful. Great location. My only complaint was that our room was hot last night; we had to keep the window open a crack and were awakened constantly by the late night crowd. Otherwise I can’t recommend enough. "

Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."
