"I love the view from my room. I can see most of the downtown area. At night it looks spectacular. However I don’t like the breakfast. Most of the food were cold. The bacon was cold and chewy. Not to many varieties. I would give it a 3 star for the breakfast. If you want to convert dollars to Taiwan money, make sure the dollars is brand new. If not they won’t exchange it for you. But overall I really like the hotel, it’s close to everything that Taiwan have to offer "

"Great Hotel located in local area where you can easily find lots of local food. The hotel is located above a market but not to worry as the entrance are on different side of the street. You can find nice delicious local fruits in the market. Most of the furnitures and design are based on concept of "Tree" which is unique. The hotel room is spacious and I can see Taipei 101 from bathroom. Room is very clean and tidy. One small feedback is that the towels had a little "smell" and could be from...

"Hot spring was great but the overall infrastructure and interior could use a bit of brushing up. I.e., repaint the walls, remove ceiling molds, patch up holes here and there. "

"It was a comfortable stay, even under the threat of typhoon. We didn't get to adventure a whole lot because of the weather. There are gym, sauna, pool, and beach to entertain you. Speaking of beach, I think they should spend more efforts to rake the beach on a daily basis. Maybe invest in getting a surf rake tractor for beach cleaning. It's a shame there're not a comfortable spot to sit/lay down and relax. The guard stand in the front is an eye sore. They should keep it a little neater. ...
