But they said that only entitled me to only one free breakfast and I would have to pay for the other breakfast, even though they agred my booking was for 2 people including breakfast....

Staff courteous, professional and offer good tour suggestions but most speaks only Chinese. Left luggage free of charge. Good lobby for resting after check out and before...
