"On arrival we found the front of house staff member who dealt with us very polite, helpful and service with a smile. The room we had was superb, very clean and comfortable. Having chosen a club room this gave us access to the club lounge, this was an added bonus as having never had this from a hotel before it a nice little feature to have.
