"Very enjoyable 4 day stay, lovely room, excellent breakfast. Sadly no food is served Saturday and Sunday evening, it advertises that snacks are available but that really does mean snacks - peanuts, warm-up micro pots etc. and with no other eating places in the area it’s a big let-down. The dinner we had was good, the menu was offered on a tablet and the info kept disappearing which was more than annoying. The hotel was being revamped which we weren’t aware of at the time of booking but it...

"Very disappointing. Room was functional but v dated (bad 1980s) low quality decor e.g flimsy black wardrobe with no doors. Also, i disliked the fact they charge extra for coffee in the room and would not give me any milk for tea in the morning. On the positives, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. V basic and unluxurious for the price."

"Rather basic, but spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. No hair dryer and only one small bar of soap for three people. No paper towels. Mugs were too small for a normal cup of coffee. Having said all that, I'd happily stay here again. "
