"The hotel is only a half-block from Zocalo. The pyramid part is built over the original Tenochtitlan pyramid with glass floor so it can be seen. The hotel has fruit, potato chips, and cookies out on counters, free for the taking. They also have free water bottles on the lobby. The hotel also has a restaurant with very reasonable prices and good food. The only small problem is that most at the front desk don't speak English."

"Overall, it was a nice stay. We did have to move rooms because our initial one was dark and had leaking issues with the shower. But once they moved out room to a higher a floor, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is walking distance from great eateries like Taqueria “Orinoco”, coffee shops and a great launch pad to see the rest of the city like Polanco, Xochimilca and others. "

"The hotel was great. Nothing super fancy, but the beds were comfortable, the housekeeping was daily. The onsite restaurant was there if you needed it. But the location was great, just two blocks from the 7 Line and the Reforma. The neighborhood seemed safe with muliple convience stores around."

"It has an excellent location that allows you to walk to different places without the need of public transportation."

"Our room (in the business tower) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond, over and over again, to meet our every need. We loved the dining options, the breakfast, the fitness center, and the lobby bar. Location is exceptional. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff. GREAT, safe, location! Very lush and gorgeous lobby. The bed however was very hard and so springy. Also the pillows are mini- sized pillows. There were no wash cloths and the towels could use upgrading. The room was nice- but bedding, mattress and towels need replacing. "
