"I booked the room a few hours before arrival. I drive hours only to find the host needs to be contacted 24hrs before check in. This was not possible given when the room was booked. Essentially I was robbed by this property and expedia. It should not of let me book the room if check in was never posible. "

"Being Italian I was shocked to see the quality of the dishes being offered in the restaurants. Clearly very cheap options and same dishes would be reproposed every other day. Buffet were not replanished all the time."

"We were the only British there and all other guests seemed to be Italian which was fine by us....it is Italy after all but it may not suit everyone. We travelled around Puglia and Basilicata and this was the place where English was least spoken and so our bit of Italian learned before travelling came in very handy. "Trulli houses. Very secure ad spacious parking. Important note: Must wear cap when swimming. A rule in many hotels in Italy. Hotel provide caps at a fee. English news on TV. Bathroom needs refurbishing. "

"Reserved this hotel because of the hot tubs on the roof and checking in they informed they are never available till November sometime. No where does it say that in advertising, only pictures of the hot tubs on the main page. Disappointing. Having said that it was clean and comfortable in a nice town to walk at night."

"Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder...
