"The room was exactly as promised and was clean and ready when I expected it to be. The property is a weird walk to the closest subway station (you pass by multiple adult entertainment venues and have to go through not the best-lit areas) but this is not entirely the fault of the property and may have been different for a man/group rather than a woman travelling alone. The staff were friendly if not the most helpful (there was a Bavarian holiday during my trip and they were not sure what...

"Very clean and modern hotel. Spacious room! Staff was OUTSTANDING!! Nataliya was the best at the bar. Restaurant and breakfast we excellent with lots of choices, especially the omelets. Everyone, especially the front desk staff made our first time visit to Germany a great memory. I would absolutely stay here again."
