"REVO Munich is conveniently located near the U-Bahn station for easy city access and is perfect for business trips to the Siemens campus. The property is modern and stylish, with a trendy vibe that stands out. However, the self-check-in process could be more intuitive. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean, but the air conditioning system is frustrating. It only allows a +/-3°C adjustment from an unknown base temperature, and at times, the room became uncomfortably hot for no reason. The bathroom is excellent, with a strong shower and plenty of hot water, though the shower cubicle tends to leak. The biggest downside is the WiFi, which is inconsistent—occasionally fast but often very slow and unreliable. Additionally, housekeeping is only provided every four days unless you pay extra, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Overall, the location and modern design make it a good choice, but improvements in key areas like WiFi, air conditioning, and cleaning policy would significantly enhance the experience."

"A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar."

"Lovely hotel, very convenient to the airport. Staff were wonderful, from the friendly lady who checked us in to the waitress that served our dinner. The small touches made it feel very luxurious. Amazing the difference between this hotel and the one we stayed in when in Munich city, chalk and cheese despite paying the same amount. Would highly recommend Novotel Munich airport"

"It was great. Actually I got a free upgrade to H4 hotel and all I said relates to H4 rather than H2. Anyway, the gym and sauna are the same for both. Both hotels can be entered from either one as the floors are connected. The breakfast at H4 was great although scrambled eggs tasted like made from powder. Bacon and porridge top notch. The location just across the street from sie Messe Munchen and close to a shopping centre and metro. 2 churches close by, one 5 min walk. Lots of parking space around especially at night. During daytime a bit crowded due to officers in the neighborhood. "

On the first night of the event, my room key stopped working just as I needed to rush to my next class. Despite the chaos of a packed check-in counter, she resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Her remarkable contributions highlighted her extraordinary capabilities, making a significant difference during a hectic moment. I look forward to my next visit. "
