Located at Benia de Onis, is a great option off the beaten path, surrounded by nature; the food at the restaurants across the Hotel is amazing. Do not leave without visiting the store next door to the hotel where they sell local cheese, iberico ham, bread and of course Cider. "

"Good welcome on arrival just gone 3pm but we’re dismayed to find out the hotel no longer served dinner on Sundays and we were too late to eat at lunch service which finished at 4pm despite notices in hotel saying restaurant would be open until 6pm. Staff did help us order pizza which we collected and ate on covered patio outside. Unusually for 4 star hotel PowerPoints were lacking making phone charging challenging. Breakfast was basic and all cold as restaurant also shut on Mondays and...

"Accueil inexistant. Cest le gros probleme de cet hotel. Tout se passe sur internet. Beaucoup de bruit le soir avec les restaurants, jusqu'à tres tard dans la nuit. Je n'ai pas vu une seule fois un responble de l'hôtel. Dommage."

"The place had a nice view of the mountains, the room was large, the location was in the middle of nowhere (kind of the point) but the hotel restaurant (one of four in the whole town) was closed 2/3 nights we were there. Also, the spa apparently “is only open on Saturdays”. We went in September and the weather was still warm so who knows if they open at all in the off season. Other than that the pool was nice and the staff was friendly enough. We just wish we could have planned better dining....
