"This is a good hotel if you have a car and can afford parking fees of $47 per day, and if you can afford to take Uber around Boston. There are virtually no restaurants in walking distance. Staff are responsive when there are problems with the suites. It is very clean."

"Loved the room and most of the staff was fantastic. There was a server - possibly the manager - of the restaurant who was loudly complaining about how stressed and busy they were, which was unsettling as we were waiting for a table and then waiting for our food. The family next to us then told us that their orange juice had flies in it, so we declined to drink ours. Otherwise our own server was great and the rest of our breakfast was too. "Stay was very clean! Very quiet area. Relaxing getaway for the weekend! I wasn’t thrilled on the treatments at spa, but the staff were very friendly. The steam room wasn’t working during our stay. Restaurant food was good. Staff there were also friendly! Resort could use some updates !"

"Had a wonderful stay, Elizabeth is a fantastic hostess, chef, conversationalist and all around humanitarian. Loved all the extra touches you don't get in a hotel, hot tea, organic apples, exquisite soaps, fine books and chimes from antique clocks.
