"The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a lovely safe, quiet stay. The cleaning was lacking a little; I found a couple of empty beer bottles under my bed when I went to search for something. I also thought it could be more helpful if there were labels on how to use the coffee machine, toast maker etc in the dining room, however, the food was delicious! "The location was good..the carpet had stains on it..our shower was not working properly but maintenence came and fixed it right away. Kittenette amenities were minimal but servicable. Elevators were quick."
