"This is pretty much the only hotel in Frydek. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is good. They seem to always give us twin beds! Hmmm! I am not sure if they have any parking. "

"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "

"We had to change our room as we found a cockroach walking on the furniture towards a plate with food. In the next room we found spiders and the sink was cracked. The food and its variety at the breakfast refers to a 3 star hotel. A plus for kids animators"

"The hotel has an amazing location, fabulous architecture and is maintained in a great condition. The common areas and rooms were super clean. However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process. "Meget høj kvalitet til særdeles fair priser. Hotellet er fra efteråret 2011 og kvaliteten af værelse, pools og restaurant meget højt. Personalets service ligger på et fantastisk højt niveau, men priserne er på et meget lavt niveau. Eneste svage sider er hotellets "skiltning" (kun lokal sprog) og et lidt magert morgenbord. Ellers topklasse!"
