Our only feedback was that we had to use the dryer multiple times in order for our clothes to be dry. Doing laundry took a very long time. "

"This was SUCH an incredible hotel. I’d easily stay here again. My only issue with it was that there were too many hidden fees that are listed as included. For example you have to pay $21 each to use the onsen PER DAY. You also have to pay a separate $21 if you want to use the gym.. PER DAY! I wish these costs were included. The free shuttle was great and never busy, and the local bus also stopped at the hotel frequently so it’s very easy to get around. It’s a bonus that you can catch the ferry...

"No family or joining rooms so our family of 4 needed to split up. Nice breakfast. Crowded public bath at times that did not reflect on the tv system."

"Very good location as walkable to main shopping and dining area. Walkable to A-bomb Dome. Room is small but very clean and functional. The hotel has large hot spring spa on the top floor and it's free to use. Also free ramen and ice cream in the evening. Excellent value for money service."
