"Great location very near Piccadilly station. Modern and stylish rooms Bar prices are a little excessive but that’s hotels everywhere these days One piece of advice I would offer is that the Hotels car park road post code on sat nav’s is different to the entrance road entrance and due to the 1 way system and no right turns off after the A57 it’s difficult to locate. Hotel booking should make this clearer on its confirmations to guests and Expedia should reference this as well. Otherwise...

"The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Only the service in the restaurant and the restaurant menu let it down. The waiter was surly, slightly rude to my wife (we noticed him ignoring a woman in favour of a man on another table, so it wasn’t just us). Also, I asked about allergens as I’m gluten intolerant, but they hadn’t got a clue and there were no gluten free options on the menu. Given the choices locally, I probably wouldn’t stay again "

"Good clean, modern hotel in Salford Quays within walking of The Lowry Theatre. Tram stop close by, 10 minutes to Manchester. 2 night stay. First morning breakfast I informed Donna about my nut allergy and received excellent personal service. The second morning there were different staff and I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my breakfast and the bowl of fruit and cooked breakfast turned up at the same time. Overall though the service from all staff was very good"
