"Awesome location in Cary! Room was nice, but disappointed with the hard bed and poor quality bath towels. The hallways and lobby are in desperate need of renovation. The halls have an Overlook (The Shining) vibe. Only street parking, with very few reserved spaces. The staff needs some serious training on customer service at a boutique hotel. Can’t beat the location on Cary’s world class park and emerging old town scene. "

So basically you have no idea what kind of people you will be staying with. For all you know you could be sharing the apartment with a serial killer, druggie etc....
