Our room main bedroom the blind in shower very dirty looked mouldy I used a towel to clean and saw that it was easy to clear housekeeping definitely dropped the ball with that. Ordered drinks at the pool. It took forever to get the drinks we were only two families at pool so not sure why it took them so long to deliver drinks"

"Had a great stay in penang, the gotel staf at all level was fantastic. Very nice and friendly and also very helpful. Richel and Ahmaf at the front desk were especially great in helping with anything needed. Hotel was clean, food was great, accomadoatiins were nice and location was perfect.my wife and i reqlly enjoyed our stay here."

Good street food right next door. Massage at Siam Paradise nearby was excellent. Good for 2-3 days stay to enjoy GeorgeTown and surrounding attractions."
