"The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London."

The other issue I encountered was when being addressed by members of staff, they only referred to my male partner rather than me. For example, 'good morning, Sir' and 'thank you, Sir' at breakfast rather than addressing both of us. "
