"The sun was burning on the day of arrival at 11am , 40 degrees. We asked the receptionist, a gentleman (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) to drop off the luggage first, and he checked us in earlier. :) Room size , bathroom size is generous. Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are clean. My only "complaint" is that there was no complimentary water (2 bottles for guests). I am not sure if most hotels don't provide that anymore. "Overall great location for walking into the city. Kids loved the pool facilities. Rooms were a great size however the bathrooms could really do with an update/decent scrub. Walls were defiantly not soundproof as noted on the booking website with a loud TV next door on til late."

We were allowed to check in a little earlier, they provided apartments next to one another, they upgraded us to two bathroom apartments, they left a personalised card and bottle of wine for my birthday, and they let us check out a little later too! "We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be going back again in the future. Close to Fremantle, Adventure world and just 20 mins from DFO if you don’t want to go shopping in the city. Substance restaurant was a highlight every meal from breakfast to dinner was amazing! fresh and full of flavour. Parking was not bad as I had previously seen on other reviews. It was very easy to park next door and get your car validated for the lesser rate. Overall fabulous find loved our experience."
