"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. "Really good hotel for a trip to Biarritz. The area around is very quiet. Hotel was clean and the staff was really kind. It is a bit further away from town, around 15 minutes walking downhill, however the area around is beautiful. "

"Great location, however vehicle parking is not very convenient and with the one way streets, it is difficult to access the hotel from the parkade. The breakfast, service and staff were excellent and the proximity to key Biarritz areas is great. Good value for money!!"

"From the moment I arrived – early – I felt welcome. I was able to sit down comfortably, order a cappuccino and relax while my room was prepared. I enjoyed a conversation with (Florian) a friendly staff member who excelled at connecting through conversation. From check-in through my very last day, everything was perfect. Staff were relaxed but also on their toes, so to speak. I will return to this particular hotel in Biarritz."

"A superb location for seeing Biarritz on foot. It is in a quiet town centre square (virtually no cars) with sea views from balconies. If driving into Biarritz there is a public underground car park just a few yards away. The airport is as close as it could be (20-25 euro taxi fare) but the train station is surprisingly quite a long way (15 -20 euro taxi fare) although plenty of buses. It does not feel like a 4 star hotel - the first impression of the ground floor is very dark - it was evidently...
