"We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."

"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."

"Wellness Area in the 4. floor with view over the Baltic sea. short distances to center , beach , and shopping area.. I was given a room at the back of the building, at the end of the hallway, where there were Wi-Fi problems. They were able to help me with the Wi-Fi issue. No water dispenser in the wellness area."

"September at the Baltic Sea, we stayed at the IFA hotel in Graal-Mueritz , can be really cold and windy, but we were so lucky and had such good weather. The region Mecklenburg -Vorpommern has the largest forest close to the coast and the most beautiful sandy beach."

"Considering the hotel's distance from what I consider big cities in Germany, I found the hotel to be a charming spot close to the Baltic Sea. I arrived in Berlin on a delayed flight out of Madrid and left the car rental after midnight in Berlin. I arrived in Warnemunde at 2:30 in the morning, where there was staff able to open the door and check me in. The room was adequate with plenty of electric outlets to charge up my gear. In my short stay for less than five hours, I managed to walk...

"An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen und sehr kurze Wege zum Strand. Wir hatten zwei identische Zimmer gebucht, welche von der Einrichtung und Dekoration schon deutliche Unterschiede aufwiesen. Auf Rückfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, das jedes Zimmer einen Individuellen Besitzer hat, welcher bei der Einrichtung und Dekoration entscheidet. Ein Zimmer wirkte sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Das andere Zimmer eher wie ein Krankenhaus Zimmer mit viel weniger Lampen, Bilder und Deko....
