The room is comfortable, just a little dark with poor lightning, but with everything necessary for your stay. The property is located in the city center and you can walk to shops, restaurants or bars just in 5-10 minutes."

Some things could be improved: - only one of the electric car chargers was functioning, the other should be fixed - nice to have a toaster available at breakfast time - juice at breakfast could be fresher & nicer - we asked for a mattress protection for the kids’ bed and all that could be found was a bin-bag. The service was appreciated, but it would be easy to buy a few proper fitted protection sheets"

"Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay. "

"This hotel is out of the centre of Zwolle, but a short 2km away. The property is along side a beautiful meadow, quiet. The staff are very accommodating and offered great breakfast.Would stay again."

"When I tried to enter the building it was locked at 16.00, their is no intercom or bell to get a member of staffs attention so I needed to leave my suitcases unattended at the front as I walked round the premises trying to find a way in. On check in once in the building their are no lifts which is fine, but the staff on the desk begrudgingly asked if I'd like a hand with my luggage, when I said yes they left my case at the bottom of the staircase and I took both myself. There was no coffee...

"Only stayed for one night and arrived very late didn't see much of the facilities. But it was good that check in was available till late. Breakfast area clean and good variety of food."

"Very nice hotel and clean. Staff very friendly and food in the restaurant was very tasty, breakfast as well very good. In the room i have jacuzzi bath which that was very nice. room big and clean, small minus so aircon was switched off but room has a fan in the wardrobe so i managed to cool down the room. Free parking also available on this hotel. "

"From our balcony (Room 22 on third floor) we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Vecht. A spacious room although there are some features that could do with maintenance (eg timber floor on balcony) and provision of more shelving."
