"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of...

"There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food. "Fantastic stay as always, their sauna and spa area set the bar in the area. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the space overall is awesome. Incredible blend of old(original) and modern, the breakfast buffet is something to see."
