"Excellent place to stay. Only thing is the noisy ish road. At night would be nice to have quiet to sit outside in the balcony."

"We stayed here for the kiddie pool for our toddlers but it was far too cold for them. They keep it at the same temp as the other pool so they lasted less than 10mins. The place itself is nice and they are doing some upgrades. But i wouldnt pay rhe extra to stay here again until my kids are older. It really is a.shame because none of.the toddlers ir babies lasted in the pool very long and when i asked them if its usually warmer they told me its always set the same as the other pool."

"This was a "test run" - we were looking for a place that would be a good base for day hiking from and not in a major centre filled with people. The unit was pleasant, reasonably well cared for. Service in a place like this is relatively minimal - these are aimed at the "I want a clean place to sleep and cook a meal" crowd, so don't expect a whole lot of service staff to be around. We'll be back later in the hiking season for a longer stay."

"My partner and I stayed on the 5th Floor Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Floor View. This was the very best experience. Access to a Full Lounge with Breakfast and Dinner items and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Comfy rooms, wonderful beds! Very helpful, friendly and attentive Gold Floor Staff. We had lunch, dinner and afternoon tea at the Hotel’s dining rooms. Excellent Food, Service and Ambience. Wonderful! The Hotel is clean and tidy, and while a huge Hotel there’s lots of signs...
