"Located in a very quiet part of Apeldoorn with lots of nature around. We stayed one night in the family room that had 4 single beds which was a bit odd but did the job. A quiet, relaxing hotel to stay in and we all really enjoyed the breakfast in the lovely dining area. "

"I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."

Good to have a pool, but it was a bit cold, and there isn't a changing area or towels nearby (need to go back to reception). there is also no water cooler in the pool nor gym area. Gym was a bit dated, but usable. We didn't have our room cleaned when we stayed a bit longer in the room which was a bit of a frustrating surprise."

"I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly.
