room is convenient and of good size, also appreciated the fridge and great coffee machine. Good to have a pool, but it was a bit cold, and there isn't a changing area or towels nearby (need to go back to reception). there is also no water cooler in the pool nor gym area. Gym was a bit dated, but usable. We didn't have our room cleaned when we stayed a bit longer in the room which was a bit of a frustrating surprise.

The hotel and staff were great to deal with. Expedia was the problem. The Expedia description of the room we reserved was not even offered by the hotel as per the staff. The staff was accommodating but Expedia owes me/us an explanation.

Kamer naar behoren, service klungelig. Drankje op het terras, lang wachten, dan maar zelf naar de bar, besteld, men kwam met iets anders. Anderhalf uur na vertrek stonden de glazen en flesjes nog onafgeruimd op het tafeltje. Diner-buffet matig, veel was al op, personeel nergens te vinden.
