"We had the opportunity to stay for 8 nights, and there are many positives about this property. Here are a few highlights: The pool is excellent—very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. That said, we do have a suggestion: it would be helpful to have a "no food around the pool" policy. "It is a beautiful old hotel -museum. Food was average. Service was great. Huge rooms with all the basic amenities, no robes nor slippers. No swimming pool, the sauna wasn't advertised and the spa have just one therapist. No appointments available for all of us. Some area of the hotel are rented for events, so we have to surrounded the area. Is a good experience and the location is superb."

"Great location in beautiful Polanco area. Lots of restaurants and shops. Service was exceptional. Especially concierge, Leonel Garcia and Andros were very efficient in communicating with me on whats app and in person. They booked restaurants and shows that were difficult for me to do. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants to choose from in the hotel. Defintely recommend and will stay here again."
