"The location is centrally located if you want to see the really busy Dhaka, near the market. It's not posh, but the room is big, spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The excellent staff is polite and attentive at reception, restaurants, and transportation. They are eager to help and take good care of you. The only thing I reported was some leakage in the bathroom after taking a shower, which they cleaned immediately but need to fix. Still, it didn't affect my visit. I would stay...

Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite.
