"Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). "Hotel has THE prime position on the harbour front. It is typical old style Italian, however parts are now looking a bit "tired" and whole building inside & out is in need of some TLC & refurbishment without losing its essential style & character. Place is very clean & staff are helpful. Breakfast has a vast array of cold buffet for continental b'fast lovers but hot food limited to scrambled egg + 1 other item. Additional charges for omelette & extra cups of coffee and other items is not...

"Lovely facility but heads up, only 9 rooms, it is mostly an event space for weddings etc. it can be quite noisy if an event is taking place while you are staying. Front desk staff were very nice. The standout was the breakfast and the lovely woman working in the breakfast room."

"This hotel was great. It was close to the airport and the boat term8nals for cruise ships. I just want you to he aware that if your hotel orders a taxi, you will get one. Otherwise, you it is Extremely hard to find any taxis. Someone had to call 6 taxi companies before anyone responded and then they still didn't show up. My 80 year old mom and I had to hitch hike from the port."
