"Overall a pleasant stay. Room (suite with tub) was spacious and comfortable, and had most utilities you need for a short stay. Could’ve used blinds behind the curtains, as room was facing a road/parking lot (we had our curtains closed all the time, which made the room very dark). Food from the restaurant/roomservice was pretty overpriced. But would overall recommend."

"This was perfect for a short visit to lincoln clean modern building reasonable breakfast with a good choice of drinks and food 15 mins walk to town shops and eateries "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly the phoned me before my stay to sort out a accessible room. The shower was amazing very powerful with 2 different heads to use, the beds were very comfortable and looked like a new carpet. Has a big car park so parking no problem and was free with the stay. Breakfast was very good not a huge selection of pastries or bread and scrambled eggs were alittle wet. I did here someone asked for fried and they wete very happy to do that, so I would ask next time. "

"Hotel was lovely but we were given a very small room which literally had the kitchen fans outside of our window. You could also hear the music in the restaurant until gone 11pm. "

"Stayed here for Winter Ladies Day at Doncaster races. It was perfect, staff were lovely, room with a racecourse view was stunning and perfect for a day at the races."

"Quick easy check in, room fine"

"Had to check out early as both myself and daughter felt ill after eating at the restaurant weekend was cut short. Never happened before on other stays here. Only negative other then this everything good. "

"Just come back from a 4 night stay, very clean and modern. Lovely views across the lake and can imagine in summer would be a lovely spot to sit out. Didn’t use the park facilities as had other things planned but seemed very popular."

"Clean rooms , comfortable, could do with small fridge and bottled water. Candle pots in the dining room need cleaning on every table and when asked for gin ina gin glass was told it wasn’t possible by dining room staff! Meals in the restaurant were excellent "
