Gave instructions on beating Munich traffic and was just All around an informative and helpful person. I’d recommend this hotel based on our experience with him and the other members of the staff."

"We stayed in the Jagerhaus building and had a lovely room and gorgeous bathroom. It also included a wonderful view of the hohenschwangau castle. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great with a nice view of Neuschwanstein castle. My only regret is that we only stayed one night and were too jetlagged to enjoy the spa and pool."

"We loved our stay at this hotel!! If you are looking for an Authentic Bavarian German hotel then this is it!! So perfectly located near shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the castle. "Had a great stay at the Best Western. Check in and parking was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and felt nice and cozy. 3-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Fussen is a safe, quiet and picturesque town close to the castles and the Best Western is the place to stay when you are here. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed one night in September 2024. Room 286 has a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. Geraniums line the deck railing. The room is beautifully designed with plenty of space for your things and it is very well lit. Above the usual care was taken with the lighting, the ceiling painted detail above the bed and the photograph mural on one wall. The best room we have stayed in on this three week trip. Dinner was buffet - it was good with plenty of choice. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant overlooking the lake. Very nice hotel. "
