"Fantastic staff - friendly, efficient, helpful We had an issue with our room at 10pm on a Friday, went down to the reception and within 10 mins we were packing up and moving to an upgraded room. Would recommend splashing out for a suite as you get free drinks from the bar as well as free breakfast. Tiny bit of marking on the industrial-style concrete wall but the bathroom, bedding and floor was absolutely spotless Great drinks in the bar, breakfast also very good but badly layed out meaning it is quite chaotic with all of the guests running wild to get their food. Location great - very quiet all the time, despite the Carlsberg area undergoing some fairly substantial renovation works Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!"
