Very friendly staff. Good location
The room was big and perfect for four people, although the sleepingsofa was very small for two people. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned properly and the water didn't run out of the sink. There were leftovers on the table and even on the toilet. We cleaned the room ourself and the hotel fixed the sink, but as a result we didn't use the kitchen or the fridge.

Overall impressed by this centrally located gem. Cooking facilities basic but good Rooms are furnished to a good standard Beds are 'OK' Staff are very polite and accommodating Children's play area is a major plus point

Nice hotel
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was very nice and quiet. Great apartment with kitchenette. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

Great location close to all Must See spots
Great location close to all the must see spots . Within walking distance of the train station, Tivoli, City Hall, Rosenborg castle etc. Safe location with spacious, clean accommodation. Nothing fancy, but the room served all our needs and we slept well. Shower was on the small side, but manageable.Free WiFi with good reception. Room was set up like an efficiency apt with bedroom, living room, small kitchen and bath. Would be great from families or if you carry a lot of luggage

Was informed on arrival that due to overbooking (Copenhagen Marathon the next day), we will be lodged at First Hotel Twenty Seven for one night. Free taxi transfer was provided. Hotel is near Central Station. Church bell rang at interval till midnight. Small room on ground floor facing outdoor bar (earplugs provided). Upon check-in at First Hotel G & Suites the next day, we were given an upgrade from superior apartment to a suite. Room was spacious, with private balcony, and jacuzzi in bathroom. Front desk staff was helpful. Neighborhood was quiet, near river and park.

Unethical hotel
They booked a month back and then when we reached after a long journey at 3pm, they said that they were overbooked and rooms are not available and then they put us in a small tiniest room instead of my 640 sq ft room booked, entire family was stuffed in the room with no space for us or luggage....pls don't trust these guys, manager was so rude , will never recommend this to anyone

Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Negatives first: the only one really was that the room was tiny and once the pullout bed was opened there was very little space to move. Positives: The reception staff members were exemplary. We would like to specially thank Liesl and Biata who were always ready to help with information which helped us get much more out of our holiday.

Family Trip
We stayed at the hotel apartment for 5 nights. Our experience was overall negative. The receptionist who welcomed us was not very helpful to be polite. When we arrived at about 12:30 he said that we had to come after 14:00 to check in despite the fact that we had a baby with us. He didn't say that we could perhaps sit on the living room or somewhere else, but just returned to his copmputer. I then asked him if we could please leave the luggage at least somewhere and he let us leave it. I understand the hotel policies but we just needed a place to relax after a long flight. When we returned after two hours and a really long day to check in, he informed us that we had to make a deposit of 4500 DKK by credit card (about 610 euro) upon arrival, although we had already prepaid the whole reservation. When I asked the receptionist why the sum was so big he replied you can ask my boss tomorrow! The room was quite mediocre with large spaces but the kitchen was quite dirty and my wife had to clean up everything. There were two tv sets but one remote control only which didn't work for the tv in the living room. I got downstairs and informed the receptionist who said there's just only one remote. So for the whole 5 days I had to manually work the tv set. The biggest surprise was when we tried to take a shower and the waters were filling up the whole bathroom because the water pipes were probably jammed or something. We informed two receptionists the following days, but it wasn't fixed till we left, so we had to endure that too. Finally the last thing I didn't like was the fact that they offered us one free breakfast for one person, although we were two. We just didn't show up.

Day trip sufficient
Comfortable stay, clean modern apartment. Very small though but good enough for one night. Fantastic location; 20min ride on the Metro straight from the airport. 8mins walk from Forum Station & roughly a 10min walk to Tivoli Gardens.

Loved the balcony
By far the best part of the room was the wraparound balcony and the amazing city views. Worst was carrying 6 heavy bags down the stairs when both elevators stopped working. My kids loved the playroom, and it was fabulous to have someplace for them to go and play. I want that playroom! The apartment we had was comfortable enough, but really was a one bedroom suite with a foldout couch and a roll away cot-not very comfortable. Real beds would have been much better.

Easy access from Forum Metro Station with luggage. Room is clean with efficient housekeeping. With living room and a simply equipped kitchenette, room is spacious for two persons. Could make for a comfortable stay. Do note, however, that the room we got had tight access to the second bed and bath. Some light bulbs were not working, so the room was dim especially since the blinds had to be drawn for the room faces an apartment block.

I found the rooms to be kind of old. The lobby looks nice but the room was old. The room did not have bar soap or tissues (we asked but they said they are not available). The AC did not seem to work much, had to open the windows to let in cool air in the evening, of course there were no screens so some bugs came in.

This is one of the most uncomfortable hotels ever
You shouldn't have to feel sorry for your hotel. The staff at check in were so nice, and this review should not reflect on them at all. However, the room was just completely uncomfortable in all ways. The beds were extremely small (even by European standards). In the main bedroom, were two small beds pushed together. They were each much smaller than a twin. Lying on one, with my arms at my side, both arms touched the edges of the bed. The mattresses were lumpy and itchy. The pillow was so uncomfortable that I purchased another pillow on the trip. The fold-out couch in the living area, where our children slept was even worse. One side was a vinyl cushion and the other side was a wooden board with a very thin mattress on it. The shower was so small that even my very thin children could not turn around easily in it. Further, there was no air conditioning. We opened the windows, but there was an active construction site next door, which was very loud. Much of the hotel just seemed like it was very old, but parts had been recently updated very inexpensively. We got this hotel by doing Expedia's mystery 4 star hotel. I have no idea how they can possibly consider this a 4 star hotel. We have used Expedia to go to Europe 4 different times for a total of 9 weeks in hotels, and this was the single worst one. We will never do the mystery thing again. The worst part of all is that even at "40% off," is was more than other hotels.
