"As a place we've visited a number of times over the last 25 years the've always done a good job making it appealing and relaxing. It's well maintained and offers something for everyone. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious. The only knock we had was that the compressors in A/C wall units were loud. Even with ours shut off completely you could hear the rumble of the units adjacent to our room as they cycled on and off, but having stayed in many hotels that is not unusual, just made it a bit harder to sleep. "

"Slow season so not all activities or restaurants were available but the trade off was how peaceful it was. The views are majestic everywhere you turn. The food was excellent and every staff member I encountered was kind and helpful. When we mentioned it was our 25th wedding anniversary, there were some treats with a card delivered to our room."
