"I chose this hotel purely for its access to the International Departure gate. There is a door accessing Domestic departures and then it is about a 10 min walk to international departures. Hotel is just a 20 min taxi drive from Shinagawa station and checking in was very easy with fully automated desk. The room was modern and comfortable although the bathroom was a bit dated with plastic bath an shower head. Restaurant and bar shuts at 10:30pm and there is nothing open in the Departure area unlike...

"The room was quite small ans there was no wardrobe to put clothes in. The plug in system was exclusively japanese, or USB, so make sure to have an adaptator or the right cables. Otherwise, it was perfect : good location, convenience shop open almost 24/24, very clean etc. "

"I stayed at 18th floor, I saw a beautiful night view with Skytree! It was a comfortable room. There is a good restaurant too. I want go there again!"
