Beautiful in/out door pool and lagoon area for kids and more. Dine in/out no issues with several walkable restaurants in the area."

"The staff were fantastic every time. The room and facilities were lovely. There were only a couple of issues for our stay - it wasn't obvious that the hotel is up a sharp hill which is a hot and sweaty climb if you don't have a hire car, and was difficult for older customers. There is a shuttle bus, but it is only once an hour. The other main issue was a lack of vegetarian options at lunch and dinner - everything had meat in it, there was very little tofu - but this is true of the whole...

"The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. We were disappointed to find that the weight machine in the fitness room was out of order. Overall, nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"
