"Small but very economical room, great if you are spending the days out and about exploring. Very central location walkable to lots of great restaurants. Parking can be an issue we were lucky enough to get a street park which was free 8pm-8am otherwise the options are their sister hotel or Wilson’s at $35 a night. The wifi unfortunately would not work for any of our devices the entire time we were there. "

"Our room was very nice, Lots of amenities. Bathroom was quite small and shower was tiny—when I bent over to pick up my comb my bum and head hit the walls! I was all excited to be able to do laundry, however my excitement was squashed when the machine didn’t work. Also, the hotel description says there is limited hotel parking, however you need to book it ahead of time. We luckily found street parking which worked well for me."

"Stayed 1 night at the Ramada, check in was quick and easy. Was lucky enough to get a park right outside the back entrance but note there are only 3 parks like this, the rest are a parking belt and your car has to be under a certain weight and length to fit in that. Which i didnt realise. Rooms were great, really decent size could have done with bigger seats in the lounge area. Kitchenette had all the basics and there was a washing machine and dryer too. Distance was an easy 6 minute stroll into...

"Never fails to disappoint, beautiful views, spacious and clean room, great facilities and reasonable pricing. Staff are always very attentive and helpful. Walkable to dining, Te Papa and the central beach. I will continue to stay for buisness and personal travel. Parking is available but on the higher side. It is very limited so try to book. "

"The location was good..the carpet had stains on it..our shower was not working properly but maintenence came and fixed it right away. Kittenette amenities were minimal but servicable. Elevators were quick."
