"This is an absolute gem of an hotel. The building and decoration is stunning. Our room had the most incredible floor to ceiling window with sea views. It was spacious and beautifully designed. "Our stay at Basoan was amazing. It was a nice central location from which to take day trips into Bilbao or around the region. The hosts were very helpful and generous. The room and surrounding area was very relaxing - just what we wanted after a week of traveling around. If we are ever in the area we will most definitely stay here again."
